My name is Dr. Debby Lai. I grew up in Hong Kong and have a PhD in Media and Communications from City University of Hong Kong and a Master's in Media Regulation from the London School of Economics. My experience spans a number of different sectors including media, finance, FMCG, techniques on concept testing, ad testing and brand development.

Trained to be a qualified qualitative researcher, I have lead over XX focus groups and XX senior level B2B IDIs since working at Millward Brown and Egon Zehnder International.
